Job Description
We are partnering with a luxury fashion brand for an exciting new store opening in Gstaad, currently seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch and development of the boutique.
This role represents a unique opportunity to play a key part in establishing the brand’s presence in one of the most exclusive international destinations, acting as a true brand ambassador and driving both performance and client experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead the store opening, ensuring a successful launch and seamless operational setup;
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand’s values and positioning at all times;
Drive sales performance through strong clienteling and relationship management;
Build, train and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability;
Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience in line with luxury standards;
Develop and leverage a strong local network to drive business opportunities;
Monitor and analyze KPIs, implementing strategies to optimize performance;
Ensure compliance with company procedures, visual merchandising standards and operational excellence.
Profile:
Proven experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within luxury fashion or premium retail;
Strong knowledge of the local market (Gstaad or similar luxury destinations)Â and understanding of its clientele;
Natural ability to act as a brand ambassador, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in building and developing teams;
Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-end service;
Entrepreneurial approach and ability to operate in a new opening environment;
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
