HR Business Partner

For an internationally recognized premium lifestyle brand with a strong global presence, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team in Munich.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted business partner to managers and leadership teams across assigned business areas;

• Provide strategic and operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle;

• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design;

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives;

• Support recruitment activities in collaboration with internal Talent Acquisition teams;

• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company policies;

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture;

• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions;

• Lead or contribute to local and international HR projects, change management initiatives, and process improvements;

• Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices.

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role;

• Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices;

• Experience supporting business leaders within fast-paced, international organizations;

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities;

• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and KPIs;

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken;

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
