Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellence in service, performance, and brand standards;

• Recruit, develop, and motivate the store team, fostering a culture of accountability and client-centricity;

• Drive sales performance through strategic leadership, KPI analysis, and commercial initiatives;

• Build long-term relationships with local and international clientele, delivering a truly luxury customer experience;

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within the luxury or premium fashion industry;

• Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in driving business performance;

• Passion for luxury retail, clienteling, and team development;

• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical mindset;

• Fluency in French and English is required.
