We are currently recruiting a Stock Coordinator for a luxury fashion brand in Monaco.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Stock Coordinator to join a prestigious Luxury Brand in Monaco.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining seamless operations.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock discrepancies.

  • Implement and maintain efficient stock control procedures.

  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to forecast stock needs.

  • Ensure the stockroom is organized and well-maintained.

  • Train and supervise stockroom staff, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in stock management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
