SPA Concierge

For a globally recognized leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking a dedicated Spa Concierge to join its team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented professional who is passionate about wellness and luxury hospitality. As the first point of contact for the Spa, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and personalized guest journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, creating an exceptional first impression;

• Manage Spa reservations efficiently, maximizing treatment schedules while ensuring an outstanding guest experience;

• Provide detailed information about treatments, wellness programs, facilities, memberships, and retail products;

• Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with therapists and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations;

• Anticipate guests' needs and deliver personalized recommendations tailored to their preferences;

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolutions;

• Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and ensure confidentiality of personal information;

• Promote Spa services, wellness experiences, and retail products while contributing to revenue targets;

• Maintain the reception and waiting areas to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization;

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Spa Concierge, Spa Receptionist, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment;

• Excellent customer service and communication skills;

• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail;

• Experience managing reservations and scheduling systems; knowledge of Spa management software is considered an advantage;

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend treatments, packages, and retail products naturally and professionally;

• Ability to remain composed and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment;

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly valued;

• Impeccable grooming and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
