Order Taker IRD

We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Order Taker IRD to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and accurate processing of in-room dining orders while delivering attentive and personalized service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Take and process in-room dining orders promptly and accurately;

• Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and special requests;

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and correct order delivery;

• Maintain accurate records of all orders and ensure compliance with hotel procedures;

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues proactively to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in in-room dining, food and beverage, or guest service in luxury hospitality;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Knowledge of hotel management systems and POS software;

• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
