Job Description
We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, while delivering personalized and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures;
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with discretion and courtesy;
Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences;
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with front office standards and procedures;
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest services within luxury hospitality;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software;
Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
