• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism;

• Proven experience in a concierge or guest services supervisory role within luxury hospitality;

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;

• In-depth knowledge of local attractions, cultural events, and premium services;
