Collection Development Manager

The role reports to the Head of Collection and directly to the Designer:

• Looking at key fashion trends

• Working closely with design & buying team to look at product gaps and opportunities

• Review the supply base and update it

• Monitor sales of product

• Work with merchandising team to ensure high quality of standards

• Implement new strategies to help drive sales

• Working with fabric sourcing to ensure all key seasonal fabrics are delivered

• Manage customer visits to the office.

The candidate:

• Previous experience with RTW and accessories collections;

• Good product technical knowledge;

• Previous experience in design, buying or product development;

• Strategic and commercial thinker
