About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Digital Acquisition Manager for a sport Entertainment company in Berlin.
The Digital Acquisition Manager is responsible for the development of the Digital Customer Base in German and Austrian markets and the definition of the acquisition strategy.
Analyses and evaluates the results of all activities in terms of conversion and ROI, developing optimization strategies using all relevant digital marketing tools focused on acquiring new customers.
The expertise in leveraging digital channels, SEM Campaigns, Programmatic Advertising and Social Acquisition is primordial to lead the implementation and the optimization of all marketing campaigns. A gained experience in the development of affiliate programs and knowledge of SEO / SEA logic and dynamics is also expected.
The Digital Acquisition Manager has responsibility over a given budget and coordinates and supervises the agencies in support and/or external partners, retargeting where necessary to improve new acquisition and to engage and retain previous and existing collaborations.
The Digital Acquisition Manager is oriented to results and with a structured working method;
Proactivity and an extensive experience in online marketing and dedicated Digital Acquisition environment is highly recommended;
Loyalty, sense of responsibility and feeling at ease working in a fast-paced work environment are pillars of its working ethics.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a role within Digital Marketing, Acquisition or CRM (previous Gaming experience is considered a plus);
A technology savvy digital marketer, using a range of tools to execute, measure and report its own marketing campaigns;
Strong analytical ability and previous responsibility for forecasting and setting KPIs;
High proficiency in Excel and manipulating data from multiple sources;
Demonstrable experience of effective SEO campaigns and past success in managing digital agencies effectively; Fluency in English, Italian can be a plus.
